Integration lets brands onboard first-party CRM data and resolve fragmented identifiers into unified, consented customer profiles inside Data 360, closing a long-standing gap for marketers activating on European audiences.

Roqad, a European identity resolution and customer data infrastructure provider, today announced that its data onboarding and ID Boost capabilities are now available to Salesforce Data 360 customers. The integration with Data 360 allows brands and agencies to bring first-party CRM data into Data 360 and resolve it against Roqad's deterministic data onboarding and probabilistic identity graphs, producing unified, privacy-safe customer profiles that are ready for activation across Salesforce data marketing tools and other adtech channels.

The Gap: From CRM Record to Marketable Identity

The gap this addresses is a familiar one for marketing and data teams: customer records collected through CRM systems, point-of-sale, loyalty programs, and web forms typically arrive fragmented, duplicated, and difficult to match against the devices, browsers, and channels where a brand actually reaches its customers. As cookies and other legacy identifiers continue to erode, and as European privacy rules narrow the paths available for that matching, many organizations have struggled to reconcile "who is in our CRM" with "who is in-market right now."

Why Data 360 Customers Need This

Data 360 already unifies enterprise data from Salesforce clouds, MuleSoft, and third-party systems into a single customer profile, with governance and activation built in. What has been missing for many Data 360 customers operating in Europe is a privacy-safe way to onboard first-party records and resolve them into durable identifiers that work across devices and walled gardens at large scale. Roqad's data onboarding and identity resolution technology is designed to fill that specific step.

How the Integration Works

Stage 1: Data Onboarding

Roqad's Signal Boost data onboarding technology ingests first-party CRM data inside AWS Clean Rooms, which works directly with Data 360, keeping data under the brand's control.

Stage 2: Identity Graph Matching

Roqad's identity graph matches those records against a broader footprint of consented, cross-device identifiers, producing a resolved map that feeds directly into Data 360's unified customer model.

From there, Data 360 customers can apply their existing governance rules, build segments, and activate audiences through the tools they already use.

Expanded Addressable Coverage

Roqad's identity graph draws on cross-device identifiers and unique European IDs built through consented data-sharing relationships with telco and other data partners, giving Data 360 customers access to broader addressable coverage across the open web, connected TV, and major demand-side platforms than cookie-based matching alone can provide.

The Roqad identity universe spans 19 countries across Europe including the UK in addition to the US and Canada. Large enterprise customers such as Microsoft Advertising, Samsung Ads, Paypal Ads, Nielsen, Spotify, Dun and Bradstreet, Zeta Global, Publicis and others rely on Roqad to deliver accurate, scaleable, privacy-safe identity solutions to enrich and accelerate their customer data projects.

Built for Privacy-First Markets

CRM Onboarding

First-party CRM data is brought into Data 360 under the brand's own consent basis, without requiring data to leave the customer's control.

Identity Resolution

Roqad's deterministic and probabilistic identity graphs match fragmented records into unified, consented customer profiles.

Privacy by Design

Consent-based matching is built to meet GDPR and ePrivacy requirements without brands adding separate compliance logic.

European Coverage

Roqad's identity universe spans 19 European countries plus the UK, US and Canada, extending Data 360's addressable reach.

Because the matching is deterministic and consent-based by design, the resulting profiles are intended to meet GDPR and ePrivacy requirements without brands having to build separate compliance logic on top of the match. For Data 360 customers whose businesses depend on activating first-party data in privacy-sensitive markets, retailers, financial services brands, and travel and hospitality companies among them, this helps remove the friction associated with multiple platforms and processes.

"Bringing our onboarding and identity resolution technology into Data 360 means Salesforce customers no longer have to choose between activating their first-party data quickly and doing it in a way that holds up under European privacy law. This closes a gap they've been asking us to solve directly inside their existing data stack."— Alasdair Cross, VP Enterprise Sales at Roqad

Complementary to Data 360 and Agentforce

Salesforce's Data 360 is used by organizations across industries to unify customer data in real time and put it to work across sales, service, and marketing, including as the contextual data layer behind Agentforce. Roqad's onboarding and identity resolution capabilities are designed to be complementary to that model: they address the specific step of turning fragmented first-party records into a resolved, consented identity before that identity enters Data 360's governance and activation layer, rather than duplicating any part of what Data 360 already does.

"Roqad's Data onboarding and Multi-ID graph integrates directly with Data 360 Identity Boost, helping customers turn fragmented, anonymous signals into a single, trusted profile, without adding another identity vendor to their stack. For our European customers that means greater reach, higher-quality data with baked-in privacy compliance, making a stronger foundation for their marketing and agentic transformations."— Bradley Wright, VP Product Management, Data 360

Live Now, With More Regions to Follow

The integration is now live and available to Data 360 customers in Europe, with onboarding support provided by Roqad's implementation team.

For Data 360 customers already using Agentforce, the practical effect is that agents built on Data 360 can reason over a more complete, better-resolved view of a customer from the outset, rather than acting on partial records that improve only after multiple touchpoints. Marketing, service, and commerce teams working from the same unified profile no longer need to reconcile separate identity vendors, separate consent logs, or separate matching logic before that data can be trusted for activation or automation. One resolved profile, governed inside Data 360, is intended to stand in for what has often required two or three point solutions stitched together after the fact.

Rollout is expected to extend to additional Data 360 regions over time.
