Carsten is a technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across the adtech landscape. In addition to Roqad, he has co-founded adtech companies such as LiquidM (mobile DSP), madvertise (mobile ad network), and Adjust (mobile attribution platform). Carsten was an angel investor in Delivery Hero (online food delivery), Fyber (programmatic in-app marketplace), and Mobilike (largest mobile advertising network in Turkey).

Bartek Bogacki

Co-Founder & CTO

Bartek Bogacki is a co-founder and CTO of Roqad. He is a company-builder and a machine learning enthusiast. Bartek has 20 years of experience in software development, including 9 years in adtech. Prior to building Roqad’s identity resolution suite, Bartek architected demand-side platforms, an online currency exchange system, and an online payment system used by some of the top retailers in Central Europe.

Wev Castro

Global Head of Client Partnerships

Wev Castro is the Global Head of Client Partnerships. He recently joined the company to bolster existing client relationships and spearhead international expansion. Prior to Roqad, Wev led global sales development strategies for RTB House and served as the Country Manager of Equativ in Brazil. Now at Roqad, Wev’s passion for people will drive the development of a customer-first approach and promote the company’s breakthrough identity solutions across the globe.

Anil Kutty

VP of Product

Anil Kutty is the VP of Product. He leads the development and delivery of user identity solutions for adtech, martech, and CPG. With over 10 years of experience in the digital media industry, he has a passion for creating products that make media better, more transparent, and more efficient for all stakeholders.

Before joining Roqad, Anil was the interim head of Product Innovations at Verve Group, where he enhanced the performance of ConnectedTV campaigns. He also co-founded two web3 startups - heymate, delivering web3 powered clones of Telegram Apps that empower micro-entrepreneurs to sell services in their communities and UTOPIA Ventures, a marketplace for digital assets built on blockchain. He also successfully exited an Adtech startup (1SDK) in the attribution analytics space.

Alasdair Cross

VP of Sales

Alasdair Cross is the VP of Sales for Europe and the UK. He has over 25 years of revenue-building experience in the adtech space, including tenures as Head of Publisher Development EMEA for Quantcast (AI-driven real-time advertising) and Director of Business Development EMEA for Anonos, which produces state-of-the-art GDPR Pseudonymisation technology. Alasdair brings a deep understanding of the adtech landscape to the sales process.

Luke Piepiora

VP of Engineering

Luke has over 15 years of experience in managing teams to build complex IT systems for the banking, telecom, logistics, and now advertising technology industries. His experience is diverse and has functioned as a full stack developer, data engineer, and as a DevOp. Obviously he is passionate about deep learning applications.

Kevin has spent the last 20 years working at the intersection of big data, the internet, and mobile technology. He was previously head of international business development for both Drawbridge (acquired by Linkedin / Microsoft) and TRUSTe (now TRUSTArc).
